All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability form (get waiver here) and have current competitive USFA membership. Fencers under age 18 must have a parent's signature on form(s). USFA membership available at the venue.

Mail-ins: include your name, date of birth, club, division, contact information, desired events, classification/NRP in those weapons, as well as payment. T-Shirt Pre-orders: Cotton T-Shirts, NEW design, S-XL, Black or Forest Green, are $15.00. Long-sleeved cotton shirts, Black or Forest Green, $20. Finalist shirts (top 4) will be Dark Charcoal Grey.

Silent Auction Table on Saturday only. Items also for sale throughout the weekend.

Equipment Check Info: Masks, body/mask cords, lames, and sabre cuffs. Venue will open an hour early to begin check-in and equipment checks.

Hotel Information: Microtel Inn & Suites, 2713 Village Lane, Bossier City, LA 71112.(318)742-7882. 5 min (1.6 mi) from venue. $69 Double (2 people), add $5 for each additional person. Mention "the Fencing Tournament." Rate available until February 12, 2008.

PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely ALL proceeds from every aspect of this tournament - entry fees, t-shirt sales, concessions, silent auction, etc. - go toward the Rose Condon Memorial Scholarship Fund. These proceeds do not benefit any fencing clubs and all committee members are unpaid volunteers that work year-round to plan and carry out this event in Rose's memory.
