All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability form (get waiver here) and have current competitive USFA membership. Fencers under age 18 must have a parent's signature on form(s). USFA membership available at the venue.

Mail-ins: include your name, date of birth, club, division, contact information, desired events, classification/NRP in those weapons, as well as payment. Silent Auction Table on Saturday only. Items also for sale throughout the weekend.

Equipment Check Info: Masks, body/mask cords, lames, and sabre cuffs. Venue will open an hour early to begin check-in and equipment checks.

Hotel Information: Hilton Shreveport. Two ways to make reservations:

1. By Phone at 1-800-HILTONS. Mention group code CFT in order to receive the discounted group rate.

2. Online at www.shreveport.hilton.com. Enter arrival and departure dates, click on GO button. Complete Stay Information and Room Type Preferences sections, scroll down to Special Accounts section. Type the group code CFT next in the field labeled "Group/Convention Code" Click CONTINUE. Select your room preference at the group rate and complete reservation.

***NOTE: CUTOFF DATE for Shreveport Hilton reservations is August 26th, 2009. The hotel will continue to accept reservations after this date; however, rooms will be at the prevailing rate and subject to availability.

PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely ALL proceeds from every aspect of this tournament - entry fees, t-shirt sales, concessions, silent auction, etc. - go toward the Rose Condon Memorial Scholarship Fund. These proceeds do not benefit any fencing clubs and all committee members are unpaid volunteers that work year-round to plan and carry out this event in Rose's memory.
